its basically kickboxing+a bit of grapple. throws actly. very gd martial art. simple n effective. but committed n too power crazy. waste a lot of energy.

ytd's session, almost full attendance. a lot of ppl more syiok ah. i came late cos of playing soccer wif a bunch of clowns at TP astroturf. seriously, dey play lik shit.

back to sanda. ivan "ang moh" sparred wif nas "champion". leg only. damn nice. aft nas, it was zul "gemuk". dis joker gt 1 problem. temper. "ang moh" accidentally kicked too low. at de thighs. ah mampos ko. inevitably, zul naik angin. God hav mercy..

ang moh kene kichap! terkebil-kebil mata dia yg biru tu. haha. aft tt, it was my turn. Farshad "Panjang" vs either "Ang Moh" or "Gemuk". NAK AKU MAMPOS?! ang moh dahlah bagos, zul pulak da mengamok. jahanam aku.

unsurprisingly, i ran away. hahaha. yet another spar i rejected.

de past 2 days were pretty jam-packed. 2day was great.

gave batman a basket. sick of having to carry a bag when i cycle. annoying ah. bloody idiot rob my basket. basket oso wan to steal. despo. aft getting batman a new accessory, headed for Masjid Al-Ansar. den went to tjc. den temasek pri. temasek sec. VS. Siglap Mosque. VJ. by now, i'm tired. nonetheless, persevered. st pat's, KC. n finally, Parkway Parade!! gangster sia

walk2. walk2. tried to find toy's r us. dun hav ah. wanted to buy a replica wwe belt. its ok. went to timezone. $1.10 per game. i noe i'm rich la, but not tt rich. walked arnd. bumped into musfirah n her cuz.

den i saw dis drink. dark chocolate. haha. dumb name. $1.80. but freaking worth it! sedap nk mampos sia.

i checked my wallet n saw a lot of $. hehe. den i saw Starbucks which i hav NEVER tried b4. ape lagi? bedal ah! mikeee, i was lik an idiot at de counter sia. dunnoe whether de drink is hot or cold. finally settled for dis dunnoe wd. freaking X. but i jus whack la. too much $. sit down dere. step lik rich man liddat. sapu de sugar. hahaha! jus lik at Mc's.

aft tt, cycled back to bedok. bought sushi for lil bro n ice kachang for mak. barely half de price of wd i spent. hehe!

accompanied mak to hospital. physio. frozen shoulder. wd kindda of a name is tt?? frozen?? ape sajalah. she fell off a chair trying to fix curtains. ape sajalah.. i told her to wait. i do ltr. she dunwan. do herself. tulah..tk tau sabar. kan dah jatuh.. sape yg susah? aku jugak..

mak: physio tu ape binatang?
me: itulah, doctor tu pintal2. pusing tgn mak sana sini. sekali rentap! terus baik
mak: ah?! dia pintal?? tknk ah gini. mak takut. nk balik ah!

i dunnoe..shud i?? i wud wanna help but..entah eh? dis is my chance to save a life. to be a hero, again. 1 more time, i hav de opportunity to make a difference..

when we're healthy, damn we rule de world. but when we're sick, even legends fall. Mohammed Ali, the greatest boxer of all time>parkinson. Dollah Kassim, raja gelek>coma/stroke. My fren>leukemia..

i thank God for such a great health.

oddly, every single organ of our body can get sick. even redundants lik hair n nails. n disease comes in all sorts, shapes n sizes. even when 2 ppl r having fun on de bed, it can strike. org tgh sedap2 berseronok kt katil pun kene penyakit. hahaha! sry, crude sense of humour.

now comes a dumb question. shall we? or shall we not? i mean splurge, not sex.
Situation A:
eat healthy. age 30, dead. natural causes.
Situation B:
eat lik a pig. age 60, dead. high blood pressure, heart attack, diabetes, AIDS* (optional)

Conclusion:
either way, we're dead. so y not we jus eat lik a horse. n when we die, we noe tt we hav had all dere was to offer. no regrets, no hard feelings.

(reminder: securing a place in heaven where u can eat to ur heart's content shud be an option too)

i'm bored. no matches till 3am. wtf. tido lagi baik.
hav not been working for a long time. nilah jwbnye keje partime. lepak nk mampos.
altho i hav srsly nth to do, i always spent my days doing sth. dunnoe wd oso. lik jus now, random ttm round2 tamp. lepak at TP lik tt wan my father's sch liddat.

dere's sth i really dislike abt myself. (random, i noe). i jus hav too many secrets.
but most of dem are shared b/w 3 of my trusted frens. little do dey noe, i hav much more kept frm de world. ppl's impressions of me is really screwed. 1st, dey tink i'm aggressive n bad. but when dey get to noe me, dey realise tt i'm nice. but sadly, deep down inside dis gentle giant, lives an evil demon. a devil, u may say. which is y, some of my secrets manifested frm dis satanic beast shall remain unknown.

i shared a secret recently wif a trusted fren of mine. sth abt me tt dis devil created within. many wud jus shun me away n no longer respect me. but he din. he still accepts me as his fren. "tt is b/w you and God". thank u, my fren..

get well soon aite. u luk ugly wif all dose tubes, cotton n tape on ur body. be strong in facing dis challenge frm God. i've seen u do miracles. i noe u can pull dis off. dun wry abt anything else aite. jus stay strong. once u'r back, we're gonna play as a team again. :)
