jus returned from another wedding. 3 course. ok ok lah de food.

went to mbk's sis wedding. de decor was sweet. black n white. his relatives were as gd-looking as him. de gang n i became "The Blockers". haha. our job was to prevent the groom from entering de compound to marry de bride. in order for him to break our 'wall'. he must appease (bribe) us. haha. sweet ah. half de 'wall' drifted away n only 4 of us were left to de de honours. dis tradition is supposed to b done by male members of de bride family. i myself dunnoe y we were chosen. haha. we had a great meal after a torrid time waiting for vacant seats.
after de wedding, we went to a nearby mosque for prayers. we den unanimously decided to donate our bribe to de mosque. sulaimi had de honour of slotting to cash in. $10. we did not make full use of our free time thereafter as we all headed home.
on fri...
we went to de IT fair at suntec. 4 lvls were occupied. hell of a lot of items up for sale. v crowded. i got de external hard disk tt i've always wanted. cos i keep reformating my comp. so wif dis new baby, i dun hav to feel bad de next time i reformat cos i hav it all backed-up. it has also been a long time since gd pal daryl ong kept my documents at his pc. it's time to take it all back. anyway, it was a Maxtor 80GB for $79. gd deal ah.
after de fair, we played futsal at de usual place. i cycled dere. as usual, i get stares from de public n even dose hu already noe abt it. (if u've seen my bike, u'll understand). haha. dun get me wrong, i LOVE de stares. tt's y i ride it in de 1st place. haha. a member of de public even smiled to me n gave me the thumbs-up sign while he was cycling past me. haha. sweet.
ok ok. de matches. i played gk throughout. n i kept playing n playing cos most teams dun have enuf ppl n needed a gk. so well, hellofa gd time. towards de end of my playtime, i finally met de legendary player dey've all been talking abt, Baby. yes, tt's wad dey call him. but dun b fooled by de name. he has made a fool of many players in de court. n all dose stories were true. he IS tt skillful. den dere was Wan. a pure Rembateer (a noun which i give to players hu have mastered the Rembat). hearing de sound which de ball makes wen it comes in contact wif de wall from a rembat already made me sweat. my team lost to dem twice. both 2-1 losses. we could've won. but we gave a gd account of ourselves. after rounds of matches, i cooled down...by sitting down. haha. i den cycled home.
